Many organizations choose the option to add a disclaimer at the end of every message that leaves the internal Mail server to the internet and sometimes goes to every internal message. These disclaimers come in different format, but focusing on legal standpoint, emphasizing that the individual or group who sends the message holds no accountability for maltreating the contents of the message. It also warns the potential recipients to wipe out the messages if they receive or view it by accidentally.
